Armstrong Gymnastics
Recreational gymnastics Classes for ages 3 to 12 are offered Tuesday evenings at the Armstrong Elementary School. Contact Armstrong Parks and Recreation to register for the upcoming session.
Registration includes membership in Gymnastics BC.
Coach Dale is now using the Rainbow program for Armstrong! Each color has a prescribed set of skills that the kids learn before they graduate to the next level. When the skills are achieved, the badge is earned and the child progresses to the next level. An Achievement Record is awarded at the end of every session to record skills mastered and those that need just a bit more practice.
